I live in a lovely new build 3 bedroom flat in Orpington, it is situated in a great location, close to all local amenities and close to good primary and secondary schools with brilliant transport links. My flat is decorated neutral throughout, it has a very big sized main bedroom with built-in wardrobe and set of doors with juilette balcony, the 2 other bedroom are also a lovely size, it has 2 big storage cupboards in hall way and a spacious open plan living room and kitchen with another set of doors with juilette balcony. MY property benifits from electric gated parking, security door entry system, a lift and solar panels which means cheaper electricity bills. I love my flat and the only reason I would like to move is because my son has a few problems and i feel having a garden for him would help us all.
