I have a 3 bed hse in lovely area of Orpington. Bus routes to main high street for all ameneties and Petts Wood village with its own assortment of shops,restaraunt and pub. local primary school on hill. Various secondary schools a bus ride away. Very nice quiet area, the house is situated in small cul de sac of 12 hse's, 1/2 of which are privately owned, parking in close. The hse its self is in need of decorating to suit one's own taste. It has a loft which I have never ventured up into, just reach in once per year to retrieve xmas tree!!! 2 loo's, all bedrooms a good size, landing space which I use for my desk and home work, average size living room, large kitchen. The house has small front garden and large back garden which is a suntrap and not overlooked.
I love it here but am now ready to live the country life so I am looking for 3 bed houses (or bungalow) similar to what I am offering. Thank you for reading and good luck in your search.
