presteigne Council House Exchange

hi i have a 3 bed on offer only moving as want to be closer to family. the largest bedroom has double built in wardrobe the 2nd is a good size with also double built in wardrobe, and the 3rd is a box room but has a huge cubbard that you could prob remove. there is a large airing cubbard on the landing. there is also a family bathroom. down stairs there is a small toilet with sink.hallway, kitchen is a nice size big shared dinner/frontroom with serving hatch from the kitchen.there is a good sized back garden. there are no houses on looking from the back only some great scenery all private.private parking for 2 cars.the house just had new double glazed windows with pvc doors last year. presteigne has a great primary school,high school with excellent grades? there is 3 parks, it is a 2 minute walk into town to the pubs and shops. there is a great sports centre just round the corner with a huge playing field.the doctors is on the same estate that i find very handy. there is a regular bus service from the top of the estate. presteigne is also all flat no hills?.there is alot of history in presteigne. there is also many walking areas? there is also many different clubs/activities for children. if you would like to know more you can also contact me alot quicker on Contact me
