2 bedroomed semi detached house

i have a 2 bedroomed semi detached house only been here a year its a loverly area but just need more space. the house is a fair size needs a bit of decorating as my partner starts jobs but never finishes!! it has a resonable size garden needs some tlc as has not been touch since we moved in (have cut the grass tho). the house is situated next to the car park and has its own back gate.
