i have a large 3 bedroomed property in lovely little town in royston. property has seperate sitting room seperate dining room, downstairs playroom/cloakroom. large hallway on entering property. large back garden with no houses behind. 3 big bedrooms upstairs and bathroom. loads of off road parking out front plus good size front garden. only 1 house on each side. so lovely quiet location. doctor surgery 60 second walk, bus stop about the same. newsagent and takeaway just around the corner and lower school and middle school 5 minutes around the corner. big tesco extra 10 minute walk away. I would love to move for family reasons somewhere closer to stevenage but in the same sort of area i am used too. no big estates please.
