scarborough Council House Exchange

Hi i have a large 3bed semi detached house on outskirts of scarborough the house has good size rooms kitchen is over 20feet long by 9ft across living room is just ova 13ft across by 13ft long bedroom 1 is 14ft across by 13ft long bedroom 2 is nearly 13ft long by just over 12ft across bedroom 3 is just ova 9ft long by 8ft across.both big bedrooms will easily fit kingsize beds wi furniture,seperate bathroom and toilet.Gardens r a good size but not massive.The front of house overlooks the street the back overlooks a very small field.The back garden is a sun trap.The nearest shops r a 5min walk with both junior and secondary schools either side of shops,shops consist of everything u need ie mini supermarket,postoffice,chemist,takeaways,doctors,hairdressers,petshop nursery,etc,morrisons 5mins away,bus stop just up road buses go every 15mins 2 town.Cayton beach 5mins away with other beaches in town.Filey 5mins in car.brid 20mins york half an hour,hull an hour,whitby and robinhoods bay other way. I am looking for a 2bed preferably with good size garden between scarborough and whitby plus up 2 beverley and up 2 york this is a multi swap and we r all waiting for the right person 2 help us complete our swaps.
