- outside you have a large front and very decent size rear garden for your own private use it is not communal ! both have been fenced in with the back having a 6ft fence for more privacy. also there is a small communal area with four large brick sheds one of which would be yours.

you are allowed pets in this flat so back garden is ideal for dogs we have a slabbed dog run and wooden shed out back that we made so 3/4s of the garden grass is kept nice with a patio to fit table and chairs. if you choose you would like to keep the run we will leave it if you dont we would remove it.

we are looking for a 3/4 bed house in a 3 mile radius of colden common as my two oldest children go to school here.
