wokingham Council House Exchange

I live in the new development in emmbrook under the name wayside. The plot consists of 8 housing association properties and the rest are privatley owned. The property also boasts an individual parking spot. There is a communal bin and large shed (both with combination locks). The large shed has lighting, is waterproof and great for storing prams,bikes and large garden toys ect. Opposite our property is emmbrook cricket club with field and a park. We also have acsess to a large communal garden that is fenced and gathed with a lock, so is safe for children to play. Inside my property you will find 2 large double bedrooms, one of which is over 13ft long and could easily sleep 2/3! Bathroom with overhead shower attachment and kitchen diner. All light fittings in the property are energy efficient cutting fuel bills greatly. Included in the monthly rent above, we have communal hallway cleaners, window cleaners and gardeners who visit weekly. I am looking for a 2/3 bed ground floor flat or house as I am expecting number 2 and this would be much easier. It also needs to be within walking distance to emmbrook school and shops.
