2 bedrooms wanted

I live in a 1 bedroom first floor flat in the tanghall area of york.i have 1 child and currently am pregnant with my 2nd,so as you can imagine we are outgrowing this flat dramatically. The flat is modernised and spacious and is decorated to a high standard. It has a balcony.It is in a quiet cul de sac in a block of 4 flats with parking spaces and a large communal garden. I am looking for a 2/3 bedroom property in and around york area.any considered.please help.
