Hi here is how to reply to a exchange on this website.
Replying to a council exchange is easy. We should not really need to tell
anyone how to do it, but here are instructions in case someone gets stuck.
View the council
exchange advert you would like to reply to
On the advert you will see the option to contact the members just above there
council exchange description.
It will say there phone number, email address or click here to contact user.

council house exchange forums
Then search or navigate to the exchange you are interested in.
Then click on the reply button to add a comment to this users council
exchange advert.
(Please note you will need to be registered on our council house exchange
forums to do this.)
