I have a one bed flat. It’s detached house as such so only me and one neighbour. It’s lovely and quiet. Right on top of city town centre. School across the road. Communal transport over the road. No issues parking. £30 per year with the council. I have a wet room. The lounge and bedroom are large. Kitchen is a fair size with pantry. Loads of storage space. Along with shed. Windows are double glazed with single glazed slide windows inside. You can’t hear nothing with the windows closed. Doesn’t get to hot nor to cold. Gas and electric. Your welcome to come view. I’m open to moving all over the UK I had to choose some place so that’s what I put.
