looking to swap my 2 bedroom house for a 2 bedroom house with a garden&garage

I live in a 2 bedroom house with 1 lovely bathroom which is downstairs, i also have a utility room with lots of space and pipes for tumble and washing machine. i have two bedrooms with one large bedroom and one medium sized. i live less than a minute away from a primary school with a large field behind my back garden. with no front garden. my house is in the middle of a street with about 10 houses connected together. pets are allowed. my kitchen,bathroom and utility room have big large nice tiles on the floor, the two living rooms and passage have new real wood flooring, the stairs and up stairs have matching less than 2 months old carpets. i have a reasonably sized but weirdly shaped garden with a drive, with a open lane before the massive field
