The flat is on second floor it has two double bedrooms a large living room large kitchen five cubboards one is a very large walk in cubboard in a nice friendly block of nine over looking the park I have lived here over seven years but would like to downsize as there is only me left and I would like a one bed so as not to pay bedroom tax I would like to stay in the area as my children live in the area a balcony would be nice thank you.
