This is a street property. The first thing people say when they see our flat is how spacious it is. 2 bed flat classified as a 1 bed the second bedroom is a box room. First floor flat in Victorian terraced house 1 flat up and one flat down each with own front door. 14 internal steps from front door to flat, red brick, with garden. Direct access via internal stairs from the bathroom to the garden. We have a secure tenancy and right to buy. The location is good, very central. Nearest tube is Queen's Park on the Bakerloo line walking distance to Portobello market and various parks. We want to swap as we are a growing family and need a room that two kids can share. The kitchen fits a table and chairs and leads on to the bathroom. The garden is a traditional Victorian walled garden and shared with downstairs neighbours, who are a quiet kind couple and don't use it very much . We have currently chosen not to split the garden however it can very easily be done. Second bedroom is small and not classed as a bedroom however fits a single bed and storage it measures. 2.49 m by 1.85 m. We have a huge loft with ladder that provides a lot of storage. There are also two large storage cupboards and a small shed in the garden. Great area good schools. We simply need more space otherwise would not want to move.
