4 bedroom house for 3 bed in Bowburn or Coxhoe

Due to a recent bereavement, we are now under-occupied. We have a 4-bedroom home with a downstairs bathroom and an upstairs toilet. There are gardens front and back. Both house and gardens need attention, but the house has recently had a new roof and gas central heating system installed. We require a 3-bedroom home with either a large kitchen/diner or 2 reception rooms. Most Durham areas will be considered, but we prefer Bowburn or Coxhoe to be close to family. We are close to shops, schools and bus stop.
