4 bed rural Northern Ireland seeking 4 bed semi-rural Doncaster

4 bed property in rural location nestled in the foothills of the Sperrins with fabulous views to the front of the property. Parking is located at the front of the house, a large fully enclosed garden and access to the rear of the property is at the side of the house. The fully enclosed back yard houses a large concrete shed with metal roof and new double glazed window. Inside the property is a large entrance hall which leads to the downstairs bathroom. The living room is to the front of the property with views of the countryside beyond the garden. The kitchen/diner is at the back of the house with ample room for a table/chairs. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles and a larger than average single. The largest of the bedrooms located at the front of the property has built in storage. We are a non smoking family and the property is neutrally decorated throughout. We have oil fired central heating and double glazing throughout, new front and back doors were put in in 2020. Rent & rates (no council tax here) are around £85 per week. There are no water bills here in NI. The village is only a 5 minute drive and has everything you need from convenience stores to barbers, butchers to florists. Several nurseries and schools are available in and around the village with the older children able to travel out to local towns to the Secondary Schools and our brilliant college, NWRC. We are ideally placed for travel into the City of Derry which is only a 20 minute car journey and commuting to Belfast is easy enough and only approximately an hour away. With our nearest beaches less than a 30 minute drive up on the stunning Causeway coastal Route (GOT filmed in some of these absolutely stunning locations), we really are ideally placed. A return to England is the only reason we are looking to leave this idyllic location. We require a 4 bed property, no fewer bedrooms. Parking and an enclosed garden a must as we have a dog. Ideally looking for semi rural in Doncaster....but open to offers. No flats or maisonettes and no properties requiring a full on renovation!
