Looking for 2-3 bed property in locations even outside of London. Quiet one way street with lovely neighbours, bright and open space with lots of storage including a loft. Really good access to transport links, bus, train and tubes. The closest train station Mitcham Eastfields only 0.2m away, 5 min walk and Streatham Common Station is 0.9m. Adequate parking on the road and no permits required :). Garden access available at front of house (which is actually around the back as access is around the back). I personally love the area and the only reason I would like to exchange is because I need more space as I have two children and another on the way. More pictures and videos available.
