One bed GFF in Hornchurch/Elm Park. 15 min walk to elm part town and tube station, 20 min walk to Hornchurch station. Bus links at the end of the road to lakeside, Dagenham, London, Hornchurch high street etc. medical Center on the road. Flat position at the end of the road in a small cul de sac looking area. Plenty of parking right outside your front door - we have a ring door bell and you can see the cars etc. Communial garden, washing line area and secure bike lock up. Own front door no entrance door. Wooden flooring through out except kitchen (lino) and bathroom (wet room). Brand new wet room fitted March 2023. Wooden panelling professionally done in the front room in nov 2021. Lots of storage 2 normal sized cupboards and one large cupboard that could be used as a walk in wardrobe, pantry or office space. Front room is big enough to have a table and chairs in, we have a very large corner sofa and arm chair as well in there. Very quiet. Neighbours on the bottom floor are all female over 50.
Rent is higher as it includes gas, heating and water rates.
We really do like it here but want to be closer to family that’s the only reason we are moving. We are happy to multiswap.
