Hi, we live in a lovely street and brilliant area, we have tinkem fields right behind us, literally a 2 minute walk, we have spar and Premier within a 5 minute walk away as well and the 2A bus stop right out our street on the other side of the road making it very convenient to get into plymouth or down forestreet, we have one double bedroom and one single bedroom, although our double is quite spacious, a lovely sized living room with open windows, the only downside is coming through the front door you are met with about 14 steps up to the flat as it is top floor, however this is brilliant in the winter as it rarely gets cold in here :) the kitchen is quite spacious with room for an oven and washing machine without them getting in the way and our bathroom is a walk in shower meaning if you require a seat maybe to be put in place for you, it can easily be installed as the previous owner did the same :) any other queries please send me a message, I know its a stretch but I'd love a two bed house somewhere amongst saltash/landrake and it's close to my family and support network, we'd make do with a two bed flat however as my son is getting older I'd love for him to have a garden to play in :) thank you.
