looking for 1/2 bed house flat of bungalow Lancashire and surrounding areas

I have a 7th floor one bed flat at Abbey Wood SE2 I pay my council tax to Bexley, Kent. I live on the Kent border right next to lesnes Abbey Wood nice views accross the wood. it's 10 mins from the new Elizabeth line at Abbey Wood train station which takes you straight into Central London within 20/25 mins. The housing assocation are develping the area and will demolishing and rebuilding this area. I am due to move out into a brand new flat that they are in the process of building at the moment. The decampment compensation package is quite significant, which would be yours if you move in before the move. I've lived here for 9 years and loved it. I am on the verge of retirement and would like to live closer to my son around the Lancashire area. Please message me via email for further information from me.
