Nice home swap

Top for flat very central near kennington tube. Large rooms especially for London. On a quiet estate also near to Vauxhall and kennington park near by as well. I'm getting on a bit being a pensioner begining to find the stairs difficult as there is no lift. Would suit a younger couple or single person.
