Isolationist interested in property exchange in Thetford ,Norfolk for an isolated property in the British Isles including the outer Hebrides . The Thetford property has both a front and back yard , and is a one bedroom terraced bungalo with wc and is accessable for weelchairs . The bathroom has a wetroom floor . It is gas /radiator heating and optins for gas or electric cooker . I am willing to negotiate large appliances (refigerator and washer ), bed , and the sale of a referse osmosis seperate tap with tank water filter for drinking and cooking . The property is as is however I am willimg to discuss painting or any reasonable or simole work to the property excludimg kitchen cabinets and florrimg the tennancy association has not updated in many years . The bathroom has been updated by me . I have also purchased floorimg I am happy to leave with a prospective tennant . Thank you Alex
