Large 4 bed made into 5 bed with 2nd living room good size kitchen with separate dining room, 2 large bedrooms upstairs a medium sized room also box room, 5 mins walk to beach, town and walking distance to both primary and High school, lovely neighbours only reason for moving is kids and I need a fresh start
