1bed with garden in Selkirk wanted

I have a lovely 1 bedroomed semi-detached SBHA bungalow. I am in a quiet cul-de-sac, and the village is small and community focussed. Decent bus links to Langholm, Carlisle, and Hawick. We have a Spar and Costcutters, Hardware, Butcher, 2 cafes, 2 pubs and a hotel. I am looking to move nearer to Edinburgh, so wondering if there was anyone looking to swap. My house has a good sized living room, bedroom, small kitchen, and good sized bathroom with shower over bath. Air sourced heat pump CH. Garden at the back is good sized and South Facing. Also good sized front garden, planted last year with a fruit hedge. Ideally I would like to swap up to a 2 bed, but as long as there is a garden, a 1 bed would also be fine.
