1 bed flat central elgin, looking for 2 bed in Edinburgh

I have a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, ground floor flat in central Elgin. Living room is spacious, bedroom big enough for double bed plus furniture. Kitchen has a sliding door, enough room for a fridge/freezer, stand alone freezer, tumble dryer & washing machine. Bathroom is a little on the small side, with a bath & shower combo. It is Gas central heating (new heater & boilers were fitted in January). Plenty of storage space. Due a new kitchen some point this year, but may be delayed due to back log with Covid. I am looking to move ideally into a 2 Bedroom property, if a flat then MUST be groundfloor. Ideally own garden. Gas central heating is a must. ANY HOUSING CONSIDERED FLAT/HOUSE/BUNGALOW My current rent is around £57 a week, and council tax is around £113 a month.
