I currently live in a one bedroom flat on the second floor, there is only a one up one down here so it's good I only share a building with one other person who lives underneath. I live in KIng's Avenue which is a nice area and has a communal garden which is a beautiful garden and I have an amazing view of the Orme. The reason I am looking for a swap is nothing to do with not being happy here because I am, however I do have a boyfriend who lives in the Gwynedd County and we have known each other for years. We now would love to take the next step and move in together but due to his disability I need a two bedroom ground floor building, preferably a bungalow or a house with a little garden if possible as his needs are special and he finds it difficult to go around so an outside space would be brilliant for him to enjoy some fresh air.
