Looking to downsize into a 2-bed house/bungalow.

Hello, I previously had 5 children however they're all grown up now and moved out into their own homes. I am really wanting to give this flat to someone who is cramped and struggling. This is a council house based in between South Norwood and East Croydon. This flat includes 1 kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom (separate from the toilet), 2 large walks in lofts (due to an original loft conversion. I have only just got brand new carpet through the landing and stairs. However, I am just having to pay so much extra for having a spare room. 2 bedrooms and living room downstairs and 1 bedroom upstairs. There is a large green area ideal for kids out the back as a communal area. There are large, shared bins also. All neighbours are lovely. I am 5 minutes away from a multiple primary school/secondary schools. The local corner shop is within walking distance around 2 minutes. I am looking for a house or bungalow preferably with a garden.
