I have a 2 bed room semi detached house, 2 double rooms, located in Duffryn Newport. The neighbours and street are lovely and quiet. There is a front and rear garden no steps in either gardens. the back garden is also accessible by the side gate. Average sized living room, large kitchen which has been refurbished, bathroom upstairs which has a shower over the bath recently had new flooring. Also have solar panels, so slightly cheaper electricity.There are 2 English and 1 Welsh comprehensive schools and 1 primary school in the area. Asda, Mcdonalds and a doctors/ pharmacy is a 5 minute walk away. Tredegar house, library and shops are a 10 minute walk. 28 East Retail Park (Maesglas) is a 5-10 minute drive and Harlech Reach Retail park (Cardiff Rd) is also a 5-10 minute drive. Newport City Centre is a 10-15 minute drive, depending on traffic.There are several different bus stops local, where you can travel on these to; Cardiff Central, Newport City Centre and Brynmawr.Laminate flooring in living room & bedrooms.
