Semi detached 2 bed bungalow on end of street so only one close neighbour. nice size rooms.wet room with seat and shower.lots of storage space.nice glass back porch.solar panels which heat the water and cut down electric!storage heaters,quantum which are very efficient.gardens front and back with own drive.nice quiet village.good neighbours.lovely views front and back with lots of walks around the village.no one backs onto the garden.open field.crediton 1 mile away with regular buses to crediton,Exeter,Tiverton etc.Train station in crediton,Tiverton,Exeter and surrounding village areas.good schools in crediton.leisure centre ,swimming pool in crediton and library.good shops in crediton.Tesco,Morrisons,co.op.soon lidle. I want to move closer to family.very reluctant move.I will consider a one bed if it’s closer to family. Mid devon,Exeter areas,exmouth areas.
