We have a 1 bed ground floor flat in Acomb with own fron door and own back door. We also have lots of cupboard space within the property and 2 sheds. The bedroom is a good size with a huge built-in wardrobe my husband built. The lounge is a good size. The bathroom is small with a shower over the bath, basin and toilet. The garden is your own area but is not enclosed. Park is within the street. Rent is £76 a week Council Tax is £130 a month Electric & Gas we currently use £125 a month Bakery nearby, Coop, Charity Shop, Police Station, Gym, Hairdressers, pub.
