wanting to move back to see my grandchildren grow up

I have a beautiful one bedroom bungalow, amazing rear garden, five years of hard graft. There is at present a front garden, though this is optionable to yourself, as it is communal area originally maintained by contractors but with permission I placed a small fence and keep it myself. Lounge is very spacious 12x12 with an open fire, over looking front of property, Bedroom is 11x11 with built in wardrobes and patio doors onto back garden, which both put in by myself, Bathroom is a wet room which again I put in myself, and finally a fitted kitchen, you guessed, fitted myself. I will be very sad to leave here, but after 24yrs away from family, Ive now decided its time for me to be with them.
