it needs decorating badly, it was last decorated 20 yrs ago and as hubby was housebound disabled for the last 15 yrs and 24/7 care its never been done since, so it will take a lot of work redoing, i am nearly 70 and cant do it. we are next to pylon (however they have recently bulit 2 new homes right under pylon so there are not problems with it) lovely quiet area, nice neighbours, near shops, schools and 2 local bus routes and only 20 mins from london from upminster station. have central heating, double glazing. garden back and front, very large at back with back entrance. 2 small shed next to house but large one down the garden, ideal for workshop. backs onto cranham caravans. just lost my husband so want to move and start afresh, too many memories
