I have a lovely Compact and Bijou Flat Situated in a Village called Iver in Bucks in which has a Bus service A Costa Coffee and a Coo-op and a Village Pub/Restuarant. The building has Intercom System, I am Situated on the 1st Floor, There is a lift, Laundry Room facilities, a car park and offers Independant Living. Pets are allowed. I Have a reasonable Hallway, Lounge, Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom double glazed & central heating. There are pull Cords in each room which connect to an emergency line if needed, Communal gardens out the back with lovely Views very peaceful. The People are very friendly here but i want to be nearer to Some of my Closest family and friends. A Property that also offers Independant living where i can install my own washing machine etc as due to the nature of my work i need to be able to access laundry at any time.
