Lovely newly decorated house in quiet cul de sac with on street parking

Lovely 2 double bedroom house in the Inch area , 10 minutes walk from new R I E and Sick Kids. Also 5 minutes from large park and Cameron Toll Shopping Centre. The house has a good sized living room with dinette, the kitchen is a large galley style with plenty of cupboards and a door leading to the good sized back garden with sunken patio. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath. Both bedrooms are a double with built in wardrobes. The living room and bedrooms are newly decorated this summer. I have lovely neighbours and have lived here happily for 25 years but now due to disability I need a single level property or at least an extra toilet on the ground level.
