2 bedroom, top floor council flat with its own shed in desirable Folkestone Harbour area. The town is regularly reviewed online as being one of the best places to live in the county / UK. Front room has a great sea view with France being clearly visible. Street parking permit can be obtained by council application. Sunny Sands, Harbour Arm and F51 Indoor Skate Park are 2-5 minutes walk away. The bottom of The Old High Street is even closer: less than a minute. Bus stops very close by, with regular bus services to and from the town centre. Town can be walked within ten minutes. Train station has hourly high speed trains to London St. Pancras. As there's no lift, or communal garden, the flat is best suited for a couple, or a single person with one/two older children. I need a one bedroom bungalow/ house in St Ives. Flat would be considered. Must be council owned, no housing associations please. I'm open to a three way swap with someone who lives in a different area of Cornwall, and wants to move to Folkestone. I'm Eligible for 50+ council properties. I don't need any disabled adaptations whatsoever.
