I am looking to move closer to family in Felixstowe, Suffolk. I currently live in a fairly large 1 bed flat which also has a large storage room. Gas central heating. There is a shared communal garden, which rarely gets used. Also, there is a washing line area. It is close to a petrol station & about 20 minutes walk to local shops & post office. The housing estate is surrounded by miles of fields, yet close to the motorway and not far from train station.(which has a direct line to London & Norwich.) There are regular buses going to Colchester & Chelmsford. This flat is up one set of stairs. There is a banister rail on either side. There are 6 flats in the building.
