I live in an over 55,only 2flats in the block ,large front room with Juliette balcony,all decorated through our ,large storage cupboard bath and shower walked in wardrobe room nice size kitchen fitted very quiet area , community garden,we have a private laundry room window cleaner and gardeners carpet through our blinds on the windows, storage heater and electric fire in the lounge.parking near mudeford quay and sandpit marsh on a local bus route to Poole and Christchurch and trains near by local shops.
