A new start

We live in a two bedroom flat on the first floor. The rooms are spacious two double sized bedrooms. We have a spacious living room with a door leading to a small balcony big enough for one person to stand and look out. We also have another main bigger balcony where we can go outside. There is a kids park outside the house. There is two cupboards in the passage of the property for storage and also a built in wardrobe in one of the bedrooms. We have separate toilet and bathroom. All the windows are double glazing. The property is close to Clapham North Train Station which is about 6 minute walk. Also Brixton Train Station is about 15 minute walk away. there are a lot shops near by, supermarkets such as Lidl and Tesco are all walking distance. Also a doctor surgery is near by and a primary school is about 20 minutes walking distance.The surrounding area is nice with Clapham Common High Street near by and Clapham big park.
