City centre flat with city view

The flat is a modern fairly new build in the city centre on the 28th floor. This building has loads of families in it or could be perfect for singles or couples. It is big enough to fit a small family or couple easily. I have recently had new carpets fitted and painted the walls although the walls could do with another coat. Overall it looks modern and nice. There is a sizeable bedroom and sizeable living room, small kitchen, small bathroom and storage room. There are two lifts to my floor and four altogether, I have never had to wait longer than 1 minute for the lift. There is no noise from any of the other flats though the road outside is a busy main road and can be heard at times. There is a large balcony with amazing city views.
