I have a 2 bedroom end of terrace house in a quiet cul de sac with two other neighbours. I have a kitchen/ diner, lounge with under stairs cupboard and electrics in the cupboard, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. In the main bedroom there is an airing cupboard and a built in cupboard with shelves for storage. The garden has been landscaped into 3 sections with artificial grass on the first level and decorative stone on the other two levels it is a secure garden with a side gate and access from the side of the house and has a fence all the way round the garden. New carpets on the stairs and landing. The house is all electric with a built in nef hide and slide oven and hob. The property has night storage heaters but we have put in rionte oil filled heaters that are negotiable. There is parking available in the cul de sac for two cars. We are local to winton high street and the one stop is a couple of minutes walk away and Pine park is a couple of minutes walk away. We are walking distance to the infant and junior school and a lovely nursery. We have friendly neighbours. We are very serious about swapping as urgent swap is needed for the extra bedroom.
