3 Bed Maisonette

This is medium to large sized flat in a maisonette type building. Living room and kitchen are large. The balcony is a good size - i am able to comfortably fit in a 4-5 seated table. And it gets lots of sunlight, especially in the summer time. There is an extra storage closet in the balcony, perfect for keeping things like bbq grill and bikes out of the way. The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the second floor of the house. One of the rooms is a double and generously sized. The other is a medium sized rectangular room and one is a single room. There a few shops and stores around the area. Peckham high street is 10 minutes away and Camberwell Green is 20 minutes away. This is an up and coming neighbourhood with good transport links to the city centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and calm, with a lot of the residents having lived here for a very long time - people are friendly and welcoming. The building itself isnt very big, with a total of 10 flats in the whole building. I am looking to move to North, North West or West LDN to be closer to work. I am happy to consider multi-
