Kemptown Village

I live in a south facing, block of 6 flats on the top floor, with good neighbours, and a choice of communal gardens. From the front it is on the second floor but from the back, I am on the first floor as I live on a slope. Parking bay behind flat, which can be rented from the Council directly. Or, there is underground parking if you prefer. Great location for the beach, st.James's Street and Queens Park, as well as the hidden gem that is St. George's village. It has a newish boiler (3years), shower over bath and tiled. The front room is 3mx5m and gets the sunshine all day and enjoys a nice skyline. The hall has 2 cupboards, the second is large enough for a small office or walk in wardrobe. By the front door is a space for shoes & coats. The bedroom is at the back and is a generous 3mx4m. I have lived here 14 years, so a new kitchen in November. The outside drying room is big space and has long glass tiles to keep it protected from mostly high winds, yet has potential for plants and seating. I am looking to move because after 15 years here I would like a change but remain in Sussex. Thank you!
