Any where on Hayling Island with 2 bedrooms needed

Hi I'm in need of 2 bedroom property with garden in Hayling Island and allows pets. I want to live within easy access to my elderly mother. I have a 2bed fff within easy reach of bus routes, train station, shops, schools and motorway. Flat has been refurbished externally with new access system for residents and their visitors. I would prefer a bungalow, or house but I would consider a ground floor flat with private garden.
