This property is an end terrace house it has 2 bedrooms 1 large double bedroom with airing cupboard and walk in wardrobe the other bedroom is a smaller double bedroom....1 bathroom with shower over the bath...a living room and large kitchen which leads out to a large fenced garden out building to the side....access to the back garden also from the path that runs alongside the house. The house is a 5 minute walk from the primary school, nursery,shop,pubs and hairdressers....there is also are large playing field which then leads onto a park with the river tavy running down through. its a quite village with bus connections to plymouth and tavistock.
