I have a large 2 bed second floor flat (no neighbours above me so it's lovely and quiet), in Basingstoke (RG24). This is a block of 6 flats, all new build as of February 2021 and I'm the only tenant to live in my flat. Housing association is Vivid with a secure tenancy and the flat is pet friendly. Decorated throughout and kept in very good condition, with regular checks and maintenance by myself. The two bedrooms are very large, the master being the biggest with a built in wardrobe. The second bedroom is larger than average and could easily have a stud wall put in to create 2 single rooms if required. Lovely big open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, with Juliet balcony doors, which overlooks lovely green trees in the summer. Good size bathroom with bath and overhead shower, good ventilation with plenty of hot water (combi boiler). In the entrance hallway there is a large double storage cupboard with built in shelves, internet connection and fuse box. The flat has a designated parking space, communal bin shed and bike store (both have a coded lock) There is a Co Op just down the road, along with a few good parks, local woodland, close to good schools and just on the outskirts of Basingstoke town centre, so it's a nice quiet area. I need to be closer to family now, due to family with ill health. I am looking for a 2 bed house with a private garden in the following areas please: - Sunbury-on-Thames - Chessington - Twickenham - Epsom - Walton-on-Thames Thanks for reading.
