Hi I have 3 beds council property, RTB, semi-detached house in Lu32sh with SECURE tenancy Rent is £106.00 weekly Has driveway for maximum of 2 cars One big living room downstairs Massive kitchen and dinner Massive garden Only one bathroom with toilet upstairs (The bathroom has been renovated completely in May 2022) 2 big bedrooms and one L shape bedroom Near Leagrave Station 5 mins walk to 5 minute drive to L&D hospital 1-2 mins walk to massive local park The only reason I am moving is for 2 toilets in the property. Adapted property also be accepted. I am desperately looking for a 3-4 beds semi-detached, detached, or bungalow with 2 toilets in most areas in Luton and Dunstable. Must be council property only May consider with one toilet in the property only if it's near to Icknield primary/High school semi-detached house or bungalow. Also looking for ground floor flat with its own entrance not shared. Has to have two toilets and SECURE tenancy Small garden Driveway Only council property, unless the property is near Icknield Primary School then I am willing to consider any housing associations.
