Mutual housing swap

I have a lovely spacious 3 bedroom house for a family the garden is located at the front of the house it's a very big garden 150ft by 50 ft the location is DL23UG and its a little village and the village is called killerby i have lived here for nearly 7 years with my son and my son has moved out so i am needing to downsize a two bedroom house or a 2 bed bungalow i am wanting to do more closer to darlington to be near my son and his children I am wanting another rual area with a big garden like the one I have but slightly smaller due to be living alone so i am looking for something similar this property would only suit a family with it been out away from the town centre and shops ect someone on there own would struggle to manage especially with young children the house has of road parking which is close to the house also the house runs only from electricity energy bill as gas isnt supported within the village and the heating system runs on heat source pump within the home through radiators Many thanks
