lovely ground floor flat in historic Topsham

My flat is a Exeter City Council over 60s one bedroom centrally heated and double glazed in the lovely village of Topsham set about 5 miles from Exeter City centre the flat is on level ground with a lovely communal garden so all the pleasure of a large garden but non of the work!! there is a private patio outside the kitchen window which I recently slabbed.I have put in a new bathroom and kitchen myself and the flat is decorated to a high standard the carpets are good quality and 3 years old the doctors is at the end of my road and the local shops are 2 mins away the bus service runs every 15min into Exeter I am looking for a swap to a bungalow/ground floor flat with its own garden
