I have recently decorated the bedroom bathroom and hallway I have a ground floor one bed flat with on street parking and a medium sized back garden.i recently installed WiFi and a new thermostat witch is wireless and portable. the kitchen is a reasonable size and the bathroom is average size for a one bed flat with shower over the bath. carpet has been recently fitted throughout except the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom and kitchen where done up within the last 3 years. This is also a pet friendly property. No age restrictions apply
