I have a 2 bedroom house minster, downstairs toilet, parking bay, 2 larger bedrooms can fit super king size beds and units in both, small back garden.
Close to hospital, drs, bus stops, co op right opposite, a park just behind the co op and playing feild and school also over the road. Lovely area lovely neighbours.
The house is classed as accessible so could be easily adapted if needed.
The house is with moat housing and comes under affordable rent but if you get housing benefit this covers it.
I'm looking to stay in minster either for another 2 bed that has potential to make into a 3 even if that means putting a little lodge in the garden this house hasn't got a big enough garden to be able to do that and have space for my children hence why I'm looking to move.
Or a 3 bedroom that allows under occupancy.
